This self contained apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers the following accommodation:

HALLWAY:

with coat hooks, storage cupboard and telephone for incoming calls.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM:

This room is L-shaped with 2 sofas, lamp tables, flat screen television (teletext) with video recorder and DVD player. Radio/CD player. Wall unit containing books, games, first aid kit and sewing box. Glass sliding doors onto small balcony with table and chairs.

KITCHEN:

Re-fitted with a range of white units, oven, 4 ring electric hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron/ironing board. All utensils including pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. are provided.

BEDROOM:

This double-bedded room has a range of built-in wardrobes including small dressing table. Spotlights over bed for reading. Hairdryer.

Entrance to the apartments is via a main front door with a video entry phone system leading into a communal hall with lift or stairs to the first floor.

Designated parking space for one car, area monitored by CCTV.

The apartment is very well equipped and heated by electric night storage heaters.

We regret that pets cannot be accommodated.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
